* Kaede walks with Riko for a while until they're out of 
  sight, then turns in front of her and frowns with a bit of 
  a scowl. "You know, for someone who wanted to keep it 
  secret, you're not a very good actor."
<Kaede> I was trying to protect you back there, what gives?
* Riko frowns. "Why are you still hanging around him? I told 
  you he was bad news."
<Kaede> I told you.  I'm not TRYING to hang out with him.  I 
  have other friends that do though and I'm not going to 
  abandon them..
<Kaede> Wouldn't you do the same if you had a friend you 
  thought was in possible danger?
<Riko> Well, yeah, but...  If he keeps following you around, 
  you should get away.
<Kaede> But we hadn't met more than once that everyone else 
  knows of.  And I don't remember saying my name.  So that 
  whole situation looked awful suspicious...
* Kaede sighs deeply and folds his arms, releasing his 
  tension. "Does the name Sho Shinjo sound familiar to you?"
<Riko> Nope.  No idea.  Why?
<Riko> Someone else Kyon got mad?
<Kaede> Maybe if I describe him to you.  Wavy silver hair, 
  somewhat attractive, wears a lot of necklaces...
<Riko> Oh yeah, that guy.  Yeah, I know him.  I told you.
* Kaede nods slightly and lets out a deep long pausing 
  breath before continuing. "Did you know he's allied with 
  Kyon too...?"
* Riko blinks. "No he's not."
* Kaede closes his eyes. "I saw him. I saw how he treated 
  Kyon. He's..not really the sort you want to deal with. And 
  they're on better terms than it sounded like you told me.."
<Kaede> And Kyon's said it himself..even if you don't trust 
  him..well Sho's kind of..he can't be better than Kyon at 
  the least..he wanted to see if we were going to kill 
  someone...
<Riko> They couldn't be.  Why would he want me to beat Kyon 
  up if they're not?
<Riko> Hey, it's not like I like that guy, either.
* Kaede lets out a deep breath. "I...don't know. But I have 
  a feeling that there's more to this than you really 
  know..."
<Kaede> Riko...Sho, the guy who told you to go after 
  Kyon...he was...amused.  Like our choice to decide if 
  someone lived or died was a cosmic joke...do you want to 
  trust someone like that?
<Kaede> I'm not saying to trust Kyon either.  But..trust 
  yourself at least.
* Riko shrugs. "So? I don't care. Kyon's a jerk, that I'm 
  sure of. Whatever that guy's up to is none of my concern."
* Kaede scowls. "Then it doesn't matter at all does it? 
  You'll do whatever it takes to bring him down? That makes 
  you as bad as you think HE is!"
* Riko scowls back, and grabs Kaede by the collar, pushing 
  him up against the locker. "Don't you EVER compare me to 
  him! You have no idea what he's really like."
* Kaede almost glares back at her, his arms limp to his 
  sides. "And just look at what you're doing now..."
* Riko lets go. "It was a mistake to trust you. I knew it."
<Kaede> Was it?  Did I let a word out to them?
* Kaede sighs deeply. "Riko...I don't want to see you 
  hurt...fine. Go after Kyon. But if you're going to follow 
  Sho's advice...I have a feeling you're going to get hurt.
<Kaede> And whatever you think of me, I don't want to see 
  anyone hurt...not anymore...
* Riko shakes her head. "You just don't get it at all. 
  Fine." She heads off.
* Logging for Kaede halted
* Kaede frowns and adjusts his glasses. "Nor do you...nor do 
  you..."
* Kaede turns around and walks back towards the lockers.
