* Kyon heads into the room at a fair clip, and looks around.
<Brett> [The kendo room is empty!]
* Kyon goes to a corner, and strips off his coat, earmuffs, 
  and gloves. He lays them down in a corner with his bag, 
  unzipping the bag while he's there, and takes out his 
  sword.
* Kyon looks around the room, undoes his boots, and puts 
  them with the rest of it. He slides over towards one of 
  the fencing strips, with a dummy at the end.
* Kyon then raises the sword to stand vertical between his 
  eyes, and falls into his stance, letting the sword fall to 
  a ready position. He starts moving up and down the strip, 
  using quick footwork.
* Kyon moves back and forth, sliding, parrying the air, 
  working his way down towards the dummy.
* Kyon slides, jumps, and buries the point of the sword in 
  the dummy's throat. He pulls it out as he comes down, and 
  stabs in the chest area.
* Kyon then stands, looks, moves a step back to thrusting 
  range, and does a series of fast thrusts from the head 
  down to the abdomen.
* Kyon retreats two steps, then lunging back in. He breathes 
  out a few words in Chinese, then stand back at a ready 
  position.
* Kyon pulls the sword tip in a quick slash, then back into 
  the salute position, and down to his side. He stalks back 
  to his bag and stuff.
* Kyon stores the sword, then looks at his hand. He flexes 
  it, and lets a little fire play across his fingertips. 
  Then he clenches his fist, puts it out, and redresses.
* Kyon gathers his stuff, and leaves, heading back towards 
  the lockers.
