* Kyon waits until the other people are gone, and keeps working on his paperwork. * Kyon gathers up his paperwork, jogs it into a stack, then pushes himself up against the lockers. He leans down, picks up his bag, and stalks off down the computer room. [Outside the computer club is Eriko. She's leaning against the wall, arms folded.] * Kyon slows, and eyes Eriko. "Here again?" * Eriko looks up. "Yeah. So?" * Kyon cocks his head. "Out of the way place to be hanging out by yourself. Why here?" Could ask you the same question. * Kyon holds up the paperwork. "Got to deal with business." Oh right. That council thing. * Kyon rocks back on his heels. "Yeah. That council thing. What about you?" * Eriko shrugs. "Ryuji's in kendo club, Saki's not around. Got nothin' better to do." * Kyon raises an eyebrow. "Other than to stand in front of a club room. With no one else. That you don't belong to." Why would I? There all a bunch of geeks. * Eriko adds as an afterthough, "And perverts, too." * Kyon nods quickly. "Yeah. So why here?" 'Cause I feel like it. * Kyon rocks back forwards, and shrugs. "Well, your time. Have to think there are better places for you." He continues on to the door. * Eriko shrugs. * Kyon opens the door, and stalks inside. [Inside the room are the same five geeks from before, Hirokazu included. The president is apparently missing. Again.] (What, did they eat the president, or something?) ( ^^ ) * Kyon stays near the door, and looks over the group to see if they look like they're doing anything. [They're pretending to be working on something. :P] * Hirokazu is saying, "Still haven't heard from Hiro Kasuga. Man, what could've happened to him?" * Kyon smirks, and decides to listen for a minute. [The conversation circles a bit. Apparently nobody knows what happened to him.] * Kyon shrugs, and calls out. "Vice President." * Hirokazu looks up. "Huh?" [Incidently, the club president and Hiro Kasuga are two different people.] ( I'll think of a name for the prez later :P ) * Kyon gestures curtly for him to come over. "Need to talk to you." (Whew. I was wondering.) * Hirokazu stands up and grinning. "Sure! Good news, I hope?" * Kyon nods quickly. "Mostly." He holds up the paperwork, and gestures for him to come over again. * Hirokazu comes on over. * Kyon lays it down. "I'm going to need you to sign off on these forms. Requisitions and requests for the new computers. I'll need the President's, as well." Oh... uh, that might be hard. He hasn't been around for the past few meetings. Our members keep dropping like flies. * Kyon cocks his head, and smirks slightly. "There a reason for that?" Well, a few quit when they were suspended with that project they had before my time. Then a bunch just vanished. I bet it's connected to all the other vanishings that've been happening. * Kyon blinks, then rocks back on his heels. "Why would there be so many vanished from your club, especially?" Beats me. We were just talking about it, too. Hiro Kasuga, we haven't seen since January. And Kaede Takeuchi... well, he just said he might be rejoining today, so he doesn't count. And the prez has been missing for the past two meetings. * Kyon nods, and smirks. "Right. That first one, according to the paper, he's been gone completely. The president been around in school at all?" No, but I did call him a few days ago. He said he'd be here today, but... He's a senior, so none of us are in the same class. We don't usually see each other except when we meet, anyhow. * Kyon looks vaguely thoughtful. "Senior? What's his name? Maybe he's in my class." Yorihisa Murimora. (And... do I know him?) ( You've seen him occasionally. ) (Recently? =P) ( Few weeks ago :P ) * Kyon nods tersely. "Right. Hasn't been around. I'll look into it." He frowns slightly. "Processing these without his signature will be much more difficult." Well... I can sign for him, and the treasurer can sign the other one. Would that work? * Kyon shrugs. "You sign for now. I'll need you either way. I'll take up the other signature with the council and the principal, should the President fail to be around as necessary." Ok. * Kyon fans out the forms. "The place for you to sign is marked out." He rocks back on his heels, and looks down at Hirokazu. He looks calculating very briefly. * Hirokazu signs quickly. * Kyon moves over, and sets out the next form. "You ever met a student of Shunyo named Reiji Ozora, by any chance?" * Hirokazu signs without looking up. "Never heard of him." * Kyon nods quickly, and sets out the next one. "You ever eat at a place called the Pao Pao Cafe? Hear they have a cute waitress there." I dunno. Usually when I'm hungry I just order Chinese. * Kyon cocks his head. "Maybe you should go there some time." He takes the signed forms back. Um, if you say so. * Kyon shrugs. "Hey, you're the one who really likes the cute girls. Just giving you a tip, from what I've heard." The... Wha? I'm not like that, man. * Kyon smirks. "Right." He jogs the other forms. "I'll be sure to tell the mechanic girl I came with before that. She'll be ever so encouraged." Good. 'Cause she WAS cute. * Kyon rolls his eyes. "I'll let her know that, too." Alright. Say, how well do you know her? Maybe you can give me a few pointers, eh? After all you're pretty popular with the chicks, right? * Kyon shrugs, and picks up his bag. "She's around me a lot." He smirks. "And if you really think you need my help, you're going the wrong way." He stalks over towards the door. * Hirokazu snaps his fingers as Kyon leaves. "Of course. Why didn't I think of that?" [Eriko's still outside.] * Kyon looks her over. "And still here. Do you ever leave?" I'll leave when I feel like it. * Kyon snorts. "Not like I'm going to make you. All I want to know is why you bother staying here." What does it matter? I have my reasons. Let's leave it at that. * Kyon shrugs, and rocks back on his heels. "Hey, we're allies. I told you why I was here. Should reciprocate." * Eriko shifts her weight. "Allies or not, I don't see what this has to do with anything." I sure don't ask you what you do with your free time. * Kyon rolls his shoulders. "Right. You don't want to tell me, fine. Hope you enjoy the door, and the company." He leans back forwards, and heads off down the hall.
