<Brett> [Weather: Chilly, but it stopped snowing!]
<Brett> [Everyone meets up outside of Seiryuu.  Except Kaede who had a bicycle 
accident.  Someone accidently threw a shoe out the window and it landed on him.]
<Satoshi> (*cracks up*)
<Brett> [Just kidding.  But anyhow, you're at Seiryuu.  It's pretty etc etc.]
<Brett> [Session start]
<Brett> ( It was probably Jin. "Satoshi, your shoes flew away!" )
<Katie> (Hee!)
<Satoshi> (Oh, great.)
<Satoshi> (I'm gonna have to nail the windows shut at home. ;p)
<Kaede> (x.x)
* Kaede looks at the pretty school and adjusts his glasses. Pretty.
* Katie comes walking up, hands stuffed in her pockets. "Ready?"
* Haruko walks over to Kaede and puts an arm on his shoulder. "So, any chance 
you can tell me what's going on? Is Remi in trouble."
* Satoshi looks at the school, too, although he deliberately avoids looking for 
the bell tower.
* Haruko happens to also be making yet another healing attempt, but you probably 
guessed that.
* Kaede shakes his head. "Not Remi. Eiko. But Remi by association could be too."
* Kaede gestures his hand from Katie to Haruko without turning. "Katie, care to 
fill in what Saki told us for me?"
<Satoshi> Eiko?  Remi's friend?
* Haruko looks rather expectently at Katie.
* Kaede nods and starts walking towards the school.
* Satoshi starts walking as well, figuring that Katie will fill them in on the 
way.
* Haruko keeps pace and contact with Kaede while repeatedly glancing back to 
Katie. It's not really all that dignified of a manner of movement.
* Katie sighs. "Saki got some names of possible drug dealers. One of them is 
Ayako Kunoichi."
<Satoshi> Ayako?  The model?
<Katie> Yes, Ayako the model.
<Haruko> Oooh.  So how does Eiko tie in?
<Katie> It sounds like Eiko's been spending a lot of time with Ayako recently.
<Satoshi> But we just met her yesterday, and she didn't seem like... well, it's 
not exactly like she'd be carrying a big sign that said "drug dealer."
* Kaede looks over his shoulder. "Because Remi told me that Eiko's been avoiding 
her in favor of Ayako lately...."
* Katie closes her eyes for a moment, then looks at Satoshi. "If she did, she 
would have been caught."
* Haruko bites her lip. "Probably too late for Eiko then, but it's worth trying 
for Remi's sake."
<Satoshi> Yeah, I know.  Sorry.  Go on.
<Brett> ( perception checks! )
<Katie> Most people don't carry signs when they do something wrong.  That's 
stupid.

<Satoshi> I *know* that.  I was kinda joking.  Obviously that didn't work.
* Satoshi looks a little embarassed.
* Katie smiles a little. "It's okay. I've just been... never mind."
* Satoshi nods.
<Brett> [Outside the school is a crowd of students, gathered near a small booth.  
Everyone who made the check sees a sign: "Drugs here!"  And Kaede spots Ayako 
behind the counter.]
* Kaede sighs slightly. "It's alright...I just...think the situation's a little 
tense..for all of us."
<Haruko> 2d6
* Dicesuke throws the bones for Haruko (2d6) and gets 4.
<Satoshi> (...you kid me. ;p)
<Haruko> I read once that pickpockets were required by law to carry around big 
signs...  It was sorta complicated why though.
* Katie blinks. "Okay. Sign."
<Satoshi> You're not serious.
* Katie points. "Look."
* Haruko looks over, and then snickers.
* Satoshi sees where Katie is pointing. "Okay, you *are* serious."
* Katie grins despite herself and wanders over for a better look.
* Kaede raises an eyebrow. "She's not really that stupid....is...she?"
* Haruko walks over. "That has got to be some sort of legal pharmacutical 
promotion."
<Satoshi> That's just... that's... I can't even come up with words for it.
* Satoshi follows the girls.
<Brett> [You approach.  It seems legitimate]
* Haruko keeps moving clsoser and scans the crowd for anyone she knows.
<Brett> [Haruko sees nobody special in the crowd. Just Ayako.]
* Kaede groans and shakes his head. "I bet we can thank Meimi..."
* Kaede walks over despite his better judgment.
<Brett> ( Kaede gets hit with a needle trap, then six snipers shoot him, then 
the landmine goes off! Oh, if only you had expected an ambush! )
<Satoshi> (And they told me to be *less* paranoid.)
* Katie tilts her head, then tries to work her way around the crowd to get to 
the person manning the stand.
* Haruko nods at Kaede's comment and also tries to get through to the stand.
<Brett> [Katie doesn't know who it is!]
<Katie> (Ha!)
* Satoshi sighs and makes his way through behind the others.
* Haruko gives an odd smile and speaks in a polite and somewhat friendly tone. 
"Hello again Ayako."
<Brett> [Ayako grins widely, and cat ears appear at the top of her head. 
"Nyah!"]
<Satoshi> ...oh.  It's you.
* Haruko grins. "Or should I say Mimi. How are you doing?"
* Katie shrugs and waves. "Hi Mimi."
<Brett> Mimi grins as the booth and the students vanish. "Nyah! Caught you!"
<Satoshi> So what do you want today?
<Kaede> ...told you.
* Katie snickers. "Like it's that hard."
* Haruko shrugs. "Yeah, good call."
<Brett> Mimi winks and vanishes.
<Satoshi> Or you can just do that.  Yeah.
<Haruko> So... where do people hang out at this school?
* Kaede lets out a long sigh and crosses his arms, using two of his fingers to 
push up his glasses before resting them back to cross. "So is this important or 
are you just bored?"
* Katie looks around for Mimi.
<Satoshi> Any guesses as to what that was about?  Or is about?
* Haruko goes back to healing Kaede during the wait.
<Brett> [No sign of Mimi.]
<Haruko> Meimi amusing herself most likely.
<Kaede> I don't know...but...that...bothers me.
<Katie> We'll probably find out a minute too late.  If you want to keep looking 
for Eiko, we'd better.
* Katie heads into the building.
<Satoshi> It bothers me, too, but I don't know what we can do about it.
* Satoshi follows Katie in.
<Katie> (Heheh.  White Day's in two game days. ^^)
* Haruko sticks by Kaede, trying her best to make contact look natural and 
plutonic.
<Kaede> Most likely...and also proving that she's watching us..or else how would 
she know what we were just talking about.
<Kaede> The question is HOW is she watching?
* Kaede rubs his head. "...right." He follows Katie.
<Brett> ( Haruko accidently looks romantic and bored. )
<Haruko> She's always done that though.  I take her spying for granted 
unfortunately.
<Haruko> (doh!)
<Katie> It wouldn't be that hard, if Meimi can see through her illusions.
<Satoshi> If that's true, then really, all she has to do is make some random 
passer-by, and she's got a spy.
<Brett> [You head into the school.  You can go right to the offices, left to the 
library, or up or down the stairs.]
<Haruko> Or an insect, or most anything really.
<Brett> [There's no students around.]
* Katie stops and looks to Kaede.
<Satoshi> Any guesses as to where Remi, or Eiko, or whoever it is we're looking 
for, might be?

* Kaede stops and looks around. "This is a big school..it might be good to split 
up."
* Katie blinks. She cocks her head, then straightens it soon after. "Let's try 
this way." She starts up the stairs.
* Haruko follows Katie.
<Satoshi> Let's stick together for the moment.
* Satoshi follows Katie as well.
* Kaede stops for a second, then tilts his head. "...or we could do that."
* Kaede follows Katie.
* Haruko comments in a quiet tone. "She may be an Arcana, and a hostile one. 
Without Taki to give us a fast retreat we should probably stick together."
<Katie> To you, Haruko, anyone may be Arcana.
<Kaede> This isn't the time, Katie Andrews.
* Katie climbs to the second floor, looks around for a bit, then walks down the 
hall to the right, stopping at the first door she comes to. She puts her ear to 
it.
* Haruko glares at Katie.
* Kaede looks at Haruko and gives a pitiful look. "...for either of you. Let's 
concentrate on this."
* Kaede goes over to Katie and whispers. "Hear anything?"
* Satoshi keeps quiet, so as to allow Katie to hear better, and also to avoid 
getting glared at/lectured/etc.
* Haruko crosses her arms and waits.

* Haruko then sighs, uncrosses her arms, and goes back to healing Kaede.
* Katie puts a finger to her lips. She seems intent on listening through the 
door.
* Katie removes her head from the door, then rubs at her ear and goes back to 
walking down the hall. "It's an art club."
<Satoshi> Ah.
* Haruko seemed to be getting in a better mood as she conceentrates on healing 
Kaede. She sighs at the news.
<Katie> A couple of the students were talking about a party Ayako's throwing 
this weekend.
* Haruko frowns. "That's not good..."
<Satoshi> Because she could distribute things?
<Haruko> Exactly.
* Katie shrugs once she reaches a far enough place on the floor. "Well..."
<Katie> If parties aren't good, then 'not good' has been going on for a while, 
because she's had more than one.
* Katie turns to face them. "Not many people are asked to go." She shrugs. "And 
they're supposed to be really fun."
<Haruko> Oh... that's better than large ones.  They might even be legitimate 
parties.
<Haruko> Might.
* Kaede puts his face in his palm, and mutters. "I'll bet they're "fun".
* Haruko looks around the group and comments quietly. "So, if we run into Eiko, 
I guess we take are best shot at convincing her not to take drugs, if we run 
into Ayako, what's the plan?"
<Satoshi> (We scream and run the other way.)
* Katie sighs and sounds almost pained. "I don't know. We don't have a plan."
* Kaede takes a deep breath. "We ignore her...at least for now."
<Satoshi> Works for me.
<Kaede> But...I say we plan on crashing a certain party this weekend.
* Satoshi blinks. "We what?"
* Haruko shakes her head. "Why? Why not just confront her when she's alone. I 
doubt Chariot's gonna drop off the drugs at the party, if he uses the same 
system as he did for the girl in prison."
* Haruko thinks for a moment and hands Katie's tape recorder back to her.
* Katie takes it and stuffs it back into her satchel.
* Kaede stops and just looks at Haruko silently for a few moments, before 
turning and walking down the hall.
* Kaede finally responds a few steps down without stopping. "...why not?"
* Katie blinks, then frowns a little. She folds her arms. "We could try calling 
Remi again. She would probably know if Eiko's going to this party."
* Haruko blinks and keeps up. "Because it'll be easier to talk to her if she's 
alone."
<Katie> And there's probably more rumors about how the parties work.
<Kaede> Who says we need to talk to her?  We just need to know what she's doing 
and how she's involved.  And we don't get that by asking her directly.
* Kaede takes out his phone as he walks and dials Remi's number.
* Kaede lets out a good long breath and speaks softly. "Good. It's not your 
sister."
* Satoshi blinks and silently mouths "...sister?"
* Katie leans against a wall and plays with the buttons on her jacket.
* Kaede puts one hand in his pocket. "Yeah, it's me. Listen, I have a question. 
Have you heard from Eiko lately?"
* Haruko sighs and speaks mostly to herself. "Alright, if it helps Eiko fine. If 
it doesn't.. we have higher priorities then figuring out how Ayako's distribuion 
works. Assuming we still think the minor dealers are mostly a distraction."
* Kaede frowns a little and stands up straight. "Then...she didn't mention 
anything about a party at Ayako's?"
* Katie looks mildly surprised. "You don't care if other people are being 
drugged?"
* Satoshi shifts uncomfortably.
<Haruko> Of course I care, but these have been going on for a while, and there 
are a lot of dealers out there.  If we want to be serious, we try to blackmail 
Ayako into telling us when her next meeting with Chariot is.  If we're not 
serious, then we should be hunting whoever is hurting people we care about 
first.
* Kaede lets out a long sigh. "Yeah...well..."
* Kaede shifts his phone to the other ear and puts his finger in an ear to cut 
out the distractions. "You ever thought about crashing one?"
* Katie keeps her voice down, "But if we can stop it, we should. It might not be 
the cure, but..."
* Haruko flits his eyes at Kaede and keeps her voice quiet. "He said just check 
out what happens. If we want to stop her, it'll be easier to challenge her when 
she's alone, not when she has a bunch of followers who might obey her in 
exchange for drugs."
* Katie rolls her eyes. "I know that."
* Kaede sighs and cups his hand over the phone, whispering. "Even if we think 
she might be related to the same drugs Iwato used on you?"
<Haruko> Alright, so what do you know that I don't?
* Kaede straightens up and sighs, adjusting his glasses. "...you heard me."
* Kaede cups his hand over the phone and looks at Haruko. "Because she'll 
probably act like she never heard of it if we confront her alone. That's why."
* Katie throws up her hands. "I don't know anything you don't. Why do you keep 
thinking I do?"
* Satoshi sighs quietly.
<Haruko> Because you're telling me my conclusions are wrong but my data is 
right.  I don't get it.  Kaede has a point, but we could ask Saki and she might 
have evidence we could use to confront Ayako.
* Kaede blinks and holds on the phone. "Now, now hold on...we...don't know for 
sure. But we think there might be a possibility..."
* Kaede cups his hand over the phone and glares at all of the group, hissing 
out. "Keep it DOWN!"
<Katie> Kaede isn't talking about-
* Katie glares at Kaede. "I *am*," she hisses back, and turns to Haruko again, 
her voice still low. "He's not talking about confronting her, really."
* Satoshi stays quiet. Ha. Kaede wasn't yelling at him. ;p
* Kaede blinks and stares at his phone for a moment. Then slams it on the floor. 
"DAMMIT!"
* Haruko keeps her voice slightly lower than Katie's counting on her hearing. 
"So are we trying to save people or not? We don't save people by waching Ayako 
give out drugs."
* Kaede slumps against the wall and puts his hand over his face, groaning.
* Katie jumps, literally, at Kaede's exclamation and the sound of the phone. 
"<What the hell!>"
* Satoshi watches Kaede. "What, did she hang up?"
* Haruko turns to look at Kaede.
<Kaede> Remi's....going to do something stupid.  
* Kaede nods to Satoshi, head hanging.
<Haruko> What's she going to do?
<Satoshi> What?
* Katie settles down, running a hand through her hair. "Damnit. What's she 
doing?"
* Kaede looks up slowly. "Eiko's. Or Ayako's. She had to go one of those two 
places. But she just..." He scowls.
* Kaede pounds his fist against the wall. "She figured out that Eiko might be 
taking the drugs...and she hung up right after that."
<Satoshi> So she just ran off?
<Haruko> Think she's going to beat up Ayako or shake sense into Eiko.  I'm 
betting on Ayako but you know her better Kaede.
* Katie winces. "This sounds familiar."
* Kaede looks up slightly. "Saori. Could we get a reading to find out where 
Remi's headed?"
* Kaede looks at Satoshi. "Yeah. She did."
* Kaede picks himself up off the wall.
* Kaede rubs his head. "Even if we do get a reading, there's no guarentee that 
we'll be able to interpret it...'
<Katie> Whatever we do, it would have to be fast.  Kaede, do you know where Remi 
lives?
* Haruko nods. "Particularly as Eiko isn't Arcana and Ayako might not be. If we 
could find her.
<Katie> If her sister's home, we could ask her.
<Kaede> She could do either..she's a mystery to me too.
<Satoshi> If you think Saori might be helpful, then let's go see her.  We can 
talk things on the way.
<Brett> ( Any woman is a mystery to Kaede :P )
<Satoshi> (*snerk*)
* Kaede nods. "Yeah. Come on." He sprints towards the stairs."
<Satoshi> (Poor Kaede.)
<Haruko> I say we find Ayako.  She's not going to hurt Eiko... much.  We might 
be able to find Saori, but she wasn't THERE LAST TIME!  Stop!
* Katie grimaces, but hurries after Kaede anyway.
* Haruko runs to keep up. "Even if she is there, Remi might get to whoever in 
less time it takes for us to get to Saori and interpret the results.
* Satoshi takes off as well.
<Kaede> (I wasn't going to say anything ;P)
<Kaede> Not Saori.  Remi's house.  We might be able to head her off even if her 
sister doesn't know.
* Kaede yells that over his shoulder as he runs.
<Haruko> Wouldn't the first thing she do be to leave the house?
<Brett> [It's a mad dash down the stairs!]
* Haruko keeps up as best she can. "I know Remi well enough to say that she 
isn't going to be sitting around home and planning, and she isn't going to take 
the time to keep her sister informed."
<Kaede> I mean we might see her on the way.  But if you have a better idea, spit 
it out.  Because the longer we take, the faster she could get in trouble.
<Haruko> We find Ayako here.  We're here, and this is the logical place to look 
for her.  Maybe leave someone stationed out front to catch Remi as she comes in.
<Haruko> Unless we think Remi's going to Ayako's home, that should work.
<Kaede> You're sure Ayako's here?  The school day's over...unless she's in an 
after school club, there's no reason to think she IS here.
<Haruko> Well if she is going to Ayako's home, we aren't going to meet Remi on 
the way here.
<Katie> Kaede's right.  It's two hours after school.
* Katie glances at Haruko. "But if you want to check here, check here. There's 
no reason everyone should go."
<Haruko> Alright.  So find Ayako's home, and go there.  Going to Remi's home is 
a waste of time.
* Haruko nods. "I could do that."
* Kaede slows down to a stop and sighs. "Fine. Fine. Do you KNOW where Ayako's 
home is?"
* Kaede rubs his forehead.
<Satoshi> Yeah, how are we supposed to find it?
<Haruko> If Remi can figure it out then we can.
<Satoshi> Remi could have been there before.  Or heard about it from Eiko or 
somebody.  She's got resources we don't.
* Katie stops, too, not particularly out of breath. She says (with remarkable 
calmness considering the situation), "It'd be easy for Kaede to look it up in 
the school directory."
* Kaede slaps his forehead. "She goes to the same school as her. Of course she'd 
probably know."
<Kaede> But we can ask Nanako.  Which is why--
* Haruko nods. "I was going to suggest online phonebook, but school directory is 
a better idea."
* Katie grins.
* Kaede stops and looks at Katie, huffing a little but silently.
<Satoshi> Or, there's that.  Yeah.
* Satoshi grins sheepishly.
<Kaede> ...maybe this isn't such a waste of time after all.
* Kaede walks back to the school. He's too tired to keep running. Making his way 
towards the office.
* Katie walks after him. She seems more amused than anything.
* Haruko gives Katie a rather friendly look for a moment and then follows Kaede.
* Satoshi shrugs and follows the rest.
* Kaede rubs his forehead as he walks. He's been doing that a lot lately.
<Brett> [You return to the school.]
<Brett> [It's still there.]
<Satoshi> (Really? ;p)
<Katie> (Yes, really!)
* Kaede heads for the office. He's not looking at anyone else and has his 
fingers rubbing his temples.
* Katie follows the Kaede.
<Brett> [You get to the office! That's there too, complete with personel.]
* Haruko follows along, she looks like she's thinking.
* Satoshi brings up the rear, looking slightly puzzled.
* Haruko looks over at Satoshi and asks quietly, "Something on your mind?"
* Kaede frowns at the personnel a bit, but goes over to the counter. "Um..excuse 
me."
* Satoshi just shakes his head. "Other than the fact that I wish I had an idea 
as to exactly what was going on here, no."
<Brett> [One of the them walks up to the counter and peers out the little 
window. "Yes?"]
<Kaede> Excuse me, but we're looking for some friends of ours.  We just don't 
know how to get in touch with them.  I was wondering if you could help.
<Brett> "Hmm... I'm sorry, but we're not allowed to give out the students' 
personal information."
* Haruko walks close to Satoshi and speaks rather quietly. "Remi's going off to 
'solve' Eiko's drug problem. This is gonna involve her going to see either Eiko 
or Ayako, and given that it's two hours after school, we figure she'll go to 
their houses."
* Kaede frowns. "Really, it's important though."
* Satoshi replies quietly. "Well, yeah, I figured that part. I meant more in a 
general sense."
<Brett> "It's out of my control, sir."
* Haruko keeps quiet. "Like, the whole world gone mad thing? Can't help you 
there." She grins. "In terms of what we're trying to do with drugs.. I don't 
think there's any agreement on that."
* Kaede sighs slightly. "Fine." He folds his arms and looks for where exactly 
the computers are in the office.
<Brett> [Said computers are in the back of the office, in three small cubicles.]
<Satoshi> The world's been mad for quite some time.  It's just that I had the 
illusion of control for a while.
* Haruko keeps quite quiet. "Ooooh! I think Kaede's gonna pull a telecomputer 
power thingy." She looks over at Kaede to watch.
* Kaede walks back to the group and goes to walk out, but stops near Katie, 
whispering out of the corner of his mouth. "Think you could create a big enough 
distraction so I'd have time to get to the computer terminal?"
* Katie doesn't react, just taking in everyone in the room.
* Haruko continues to whisper as she watches. "Control isn't an illusion, we 
just only have so much. We waste it when we act without thinking things through. 
Although we don't always have a choice in that matter."
<Brett> [There are two people in the office.]
* Satoshi murmurs to Haruko. "I just wish I could think well, period."
* Katie nods very slightly, an almost mischievous twinkle in her eye. She 
hurries up to the counter. "Excuse me?"
* Kaede takes out his notepad in the meantime and a pencil.
<Brett> [The attendant turns back. "Yes?"]
* Haruko mutters quietly to Satoshi. "Don't sell yourself short yourself. You're 
no dumb jock."
<Brett> d2
* Dicesuke throws the bones for Brett (d2) and gets 2.
<Katie> I really hate asking about this, but...
* Satoshi allows himself a small smile. "I try. And I think we should watch 
this. It'll be interesting."
<Brett> [She raises an eyebrow.]
* Haruko keeps her eyes on it and doesn't raise her voice. "With you there. I 
actually was thinking Kaede would just pull some cool hacker tricker. Break into 
the central office from a lab or remotely via his laptop. This'll probably be 
more fun to watch."
* Katie looks extremely embarrassed and lowers her voice, "Can you direct me to 
the bathroom? I get really lost in this school and... um..."
* Kaede looks for the fastest way to get to them, trying to look like a bored 
person waiting.
<Brett> [She nods. "Sure.  There's one right before the library." She points in 
the direction of the opposite hall.]
* Satoshi murmurs to Haruko. "Should we be doing anything?"
<Brett> ( Play Kirby! )
<Satoshi> (Sadly, I have no portable game system, and my cell phone's the cheap 
kind.  No games. ;p)
* Haruko whispers back. "I'm fairly certain if Katie wanted our help in some 
way, she'd tell us rather than counting on us to figure it out on our own. 
Absolutely certain actually..."
* Kaede looks over at the other person in the office to see what he/she is 
doing.
* Katie nods. "Thanks. And also..." She looks even more embarrassed, leaning 
forward and whispering something to the other woman.

* Dicesuke throws the bones for Brett (d2) and gets 1.
<Satoshi> Right.
<Brett> [The other attendant, a male, is doing the fun job of sorting through 
Important Looking Papers.]
* Kaede starts heading towards the computers carefully.
* Kaede checks to see if the male is watching him first.
<Brett> [The male is not watching, but that doesn't mean he's completely 
ignoring you, either.]
<Brett> The woman blinks at Katie and makes her way out of the office. 
"Alright."
* Haruko keeps her quiet tone although she's starting to sound somewhat amused. 
"Nice to actually not be the one doing the distracting for once. Being really 
enthusiastic and cute, somewhat flirt, and cute on demand always feels sort of 
wrong."
* Kaede frowns and tries to make a minute gesture to the male to the others.
* Katie smiles in relief. "Thanks."
* Haruko sighs. "So much for that."
* Haruko looks in the office to see how old the attendent is.
<Satoshi> Actually, you might have to be- yeah.  Unless you want me to suddenly 
start asking about entrance exam procedures for my sister or cousin or whatever.
* Katie shifts her weight and gives Kaede an underhand gesture to *go* already.
* Haruko walks up to the window as she does that.
<Brett> [The attendant is probably late thirties-early fourties.]
* Kaede starts sneaking towards the computers, keeping an eye on the other guy.
* Haruko frowns for a moment, and then tries to get the attention of the guy in 
the office, if the window is reasonably far away from the computers.

<Haruko> Hi!  I had a question... oh I'm being rude, my name's Haruko.  What's 
your name?
* Kaede breathes a little easier now that the other guy is being distracted and 
moves a little faster towards the computers.

* Dicesuke throws the bones for Haruko (2d6-1) and gets 2.
<Haruko> (Just squeezed by... ^_~)
* Satoshi keeps an eye out for... whatever.
<Brett> [Haruko distracts the guy.  Satoshi does not see any zombies.]
<Brett> [Kaede's path is clear!]
<Satoshi> (Do I see any things that are not zombies?)
<Brett> [Satoshi sees a vending machine! Eek!]
* Kaede goes. He bends over one of the keyboards and tries to load up the 
database.
* Haruko doens't flirt with the guy, for the record, no sir, not even close, 
that's just wrong. Just lots of friendly respectful questions.
* Satoshi blinks at the vending machine, then decides that he's not really that 
hungry or thirsty, and goes back to keeping an eye on stuff in general.
<Brett> [And the happily-married man respectfully answers.]
<Brett> [Ze computer! She asks for a password!]
* Kaede looks at the screen and his glasses twinkle a bit as he gets a 
mischievious look. He was expecting this.
* Kaede goes down to the keyboard and tries to hack the password.
* Haruko tries to figure out if the school has a mechanics club while she's at 
it.
<Brett> [No way.]
* Haruko tries to hide her disappointment.
* Satoshi idly reads some of the posters/notices/whatever they have around.
<Kaede> 2d6-7
* Dicesuke throws the bones for Kaede (2d6-7) and gets 2.
<Satoshi> (...I think you might just have some skill at hacking, Kaede. ;p)
<Katie> (Hehe.)

* Kaede grins and loads up the addresses, taking out his notepad and writing 
them down as quick as possible.
<Brett> [To wit, he gets them.]
<Satoshi> (Yay!  Victory!)
* Kaede snaps closed his pad and adjusts his glasses before heading out quickly. 
Like the wind!
<Satoshi> (I thought that was Katie's department.)
<Katie> (o/~)
* Katie waits impatiently.
* Haruko waits at least fifteen second after Kaede's out before graciously 
closing up her conversation with the male attendent.
* Kaede looks to Katie and gives a nod before exiting the office.
* Satoshi heads out too. Like the... uh... well, like something that isn't the 
wind.
