As such, they gain the ability to chain focus attacks and magic spells together by themselves. Treat this as a full-round action that consists of both a focus attack and a magicite cast. At level 1, they may do this one time/day, and every six levels they may do it an extra time per day. Spellcasting: At level 1, an expert can cast level 1 spells even if they do not meet the minimum caster level requirement. They still must meet all other requirements for casting spells, however. Some Druid abilities, Turn Undead, and Summon Familiar are available as bonus feats as well. Spellcasters can take any feat with the [Spellcaster] descriptor as a bonus feat too. Extra Command Slot: Self explanatory. You get another command slot! Break Resistance: This ability lets spellcasters pierce the elemental resistance of an enemy. Generally, this will decrease all their resistances by 3d6 points for the duration of the spell. Hence, a monster hit with a cold spell enhanced by Break Resistance would have all their resistances lowered by 3d6 while it is slowed by the spell.
