Session Start: Sat Dec 11 16:20:23 2004 Previously, on Hunters: Anzu's home got rather spectacularly Hardhatted, and the poor girl is in a coma at the Soka hospital. Her mother came running from the TV studios, but her father has still not been seen since the catastrophe. Sakura also came, and in addition to setting a guard on Anzu, briefed the team in n their next assignment. It's Princess Oak - the one from Takeuchi Memorial. Maybe. Which suggests that it's going to happen *at* the school... which made the planning session that followed quite problematic. [Friday, February 20, 2004 - 0800 local time] [just outside Takeuchi Memorial] [session start] * Lord_Darkmoon got to Takeuchi Memorial early that morning, Aka and Tsubasa in tow and carrying a rather full backpack. After finding a somewhat secluded place just outside the grounds, he began unloading various boxes and baggies full of birdseed, chunks of meat, and some other pet-and-animal treats. Using a combination of his own magic, Aka and Tsubasa patrolling, and some legwork, he began calling local fauna to himself. * Lord_Darkmoon talked briefly with each creature, giving each a treat appropriate to its type, and promising them more if they'd help. And describing what he wanted them to look for: people setting up to watch the school, some descriptions of tell-tale gun and weapon signs as filtered through Aka and Tsubasa, and anything that the animals themselves thought was strange. Then he set them out on their way. * Lord_Darkmoon , himself, then seeks out a few vantage points for the animals to find him, and from where he can observe. Periodically, he plans to borrow his eyes-and-ears' senses. Otherwise, he'll wait. This will be a long day. Inside the school, it's a long, tense morning. The team finds itself watching the clock and worrying. Eventually, the lunch bell rings... * Leena beelines for the Princess, trying not to walk -too- fast, and only succeeding partly. * Taki doesn't go to the school roof immediately. Instead, she finds herself in the cafeteria looking for Oak. Boy is it loud. And crowded. * Minami walks quickly towards Oak. No-one notices as she always walks fast anyway,. * PrincessOak is ambling down the main corridor with her pals from Tea Club. * Haruko hurries along after Minami, not wanting to be left behind * Taki realizes she made it there before the Princess was even out of class. * Taki sorta stands awkwardly in the aisle until people show up. * Leena beelines for the Princess, trying not to walk -too- fast, and only succeeding partly. * Leena fastens her bag so it won't flop around, then jumps up and taps Oak on the shoulder. Hopefully she can catch her before the lunchroom. Everyone ends up running into each other at the entrance to the cafeteria. * Minami does not literally run into anyone, as she has teh good reflexes. * PrincessOak turns to face Leena, and realizes most of the Hunters squad is surrounding her as well. Ano...? C'mon, c'mon! We're stealing you for lunch! We'll explain later, but trust us for the moment, okay? * Minami nods. "It's a nice day. Won't you eat with us?" Yeah. It'll be fun! * Leena grabs Oak by a hand, and starts a'walkin. Hopefully Oak doesn't resist being dragged. * PrincessOak 's eyes narrow. "Uh, sure..." She sends the rest of her gang on into the caf. Right. * PrincessOak shakes loose of Leena's grasp, but follows along. * Taki follows behind the group. * Leena doesn't care that Oak slips free, since she's coming. Um, not in the cafeteria, then? Where are we going? Not far. * Leena nodnods. "The ice cream parlor." * PrincessOak blinks. Ice cream is an important part of a balanced diet. * Minami blinks. "Uh, Leena?" Uh... can we leave the campus? More than that...*should* we? ... yeah, how else is Darkmoon gonna sit in? Why don't we just go someplace a little...quieter? * Leena shrugs, and grins from ear-to-ear, "Too late to change it now." * Lord_Darkmoon sneezes briefly as he's unpacking his small lunch in a secluded area by himself. * Minami gives Leena a Look. "We may need to, in case...something happens. Let's just not go too far?" It's not far! Yeesh. I'm just not comfortable with us leaving the school right now. But let's just get this over with. I don't think they'll let us just leave school grounds... If it's... you know, business, I can justify ordering Oldman to do anything we need. ...thanks. So let's go already! Right. C'mon. * Taki just shakes her head. * Taki whispers "Sorry about this..." to Oak so Leena can't hear. Let's go, I'm getting hungry. * PrincessOak looks vaguely puzzled by Taki, but keeps walking. * Leena goes! * Minami is going, already. The ice cream parlor literally *is* right across the street. This is a business that knows its target audience. There is some light media presence outside still, but the camera crews are actually in the cafeteria right now taking some stock footage for voiceovers on the evening news. * Taki looks for an empty table everyone can fit around. "So. Um..." Um, yes. * Lord_Darkmoon looks up, surprised to see his team coming out during school time, and hastily re-packs his bento before rising and joining them as they enter the parlor. * PrincessOak ordered a tin-roof sundae and a pork-and-olive sandwich at the counter. * Minami nods to Darkmoon. "Hello, Rinada." * Leena commandeers a big table for the group. * Leena waves at Darkmoon as he enters. * Taki nods at Darkmoon. * Minami just orders a bowl of soup and a bubble tea before going to sit down. * Taki sets her bento down and eats her rice and veggies. * Leena didn't order anything. * Lord_Darkmoon smiles. "Hello, Minami." He looks at the only girl here he doesn't know, and bows. "A pleasure to meet you, miss." He waits for the girls to be seated before sitting down himself. You must be Lord Darkmoon. * Leena nods. "The part of our team you haven't met." *nods* Well, so you're probably wondering why we called you here. * PrincessOak sighs. "I take it you're not here because I won the lottery." * Leena sighs. "From that you can probably figure out this is team business." You sort of did. Mm. In a rather unpleasant manner of speaking. Well, not the good one. You play the lottery? * Minami does a discreet check around for eavesdroppers and curious media types, making sure they're out of earshot. Figure of speech, Haruko. * Lord_Darkmoon begins unpacking his bento again, and says quietly, "Her Majesty thinks you may be our next protectee." Oh. JOY. * Minami nods. "We've got trouble coming tomorrow, Chiako, and I'm not talking about that test in math." Yeah. But at least we get to warn you. * Leena nods, and lets the others break the news. You see why I didn't want to talk at school. Mm. There's another thing. Because she thinks that's where the attack might occur. * Leena nods. "This is a ... complicated situation." That's putting it lightly. * Leena grumbles. "Especially with those stupid cameras all around." No fucking kidding. * Lord_Darkmoon takes out a small section of his boxed lunch, and takes a bite. "This means, among other things, that there's likely to be a Ningyo attack tomorrow. At your school." He grimaces at Leena's statement. "...with all those stupid cameras around." And how it's always gone is immediately- and I mean IMMEDIATELY after the Ningyo, come the guns. If the cameras are that big of a problem I can get Oldman to try to chase them away... That might be helpful. I don't think the assassins need press coverage. ...hm. So, onto why we've dragged you here. Worse, at least once the "guns" came out during the fight itself. *looks at Taki, briefly* Ningyo... well, I am the on-call Princess this week for Ningyo issues at TM. We're not just warning you. We've tried to put together a plan, and there's some things we've got to ask you, and some things you'll have to do. We'll be behind you all the way. * Lord_Darkmoon nods, and lets the girls explain this part. The plan so far is to have Darkmoon on campus, being our eyes and ears up until the fact. How does that work? He's most definitely a *he*. When the Ningyo comes out, and this part is important, you and me- just you and me go out. We need to minimize the targets, as we think snipers might be involved. Um. Okay, I can arrange that. I'll tell the other two Ladies to not respond. We take out the Ningyo as fast as we can, and then you get back to safety, and MAKE SURE no other Ladies come out in the next fight. I'll be around to watch your back too. * Minami grimaces. So what is the opposition going to be like? Don't know. It's generally guys with guns, though. Probably several. That we're never sure of beyond it will be men with guns. My biggest job is to try to make sure there -are- no snipers setting up within range. The opposition varies from time to time, but as you pointed out regarding myself, sneaking outsiders onto campus would be tricky. Unless they're part of the media... * Leena winces. ...hmm. That's Darkmoon's task, finding out as much as he can before the fact. Or it doesn't happen till after school... ...right. No interviews. Um, does anyone know anyone in the news or whatever? They might have seen people... ...that's a good idea. ...definitely want to try to get the media -out- of there before the event, so they can't have assassins disguised as media members. --good idea, Haruko. Ooh. Didn't think of that. Even more eyes. So, that's the plan so far. * Minami frowns thoughtfully. "We've been focusing on the negative aspect of the media, but we should have been thinking to use it to our advantage." Still, yes, not there during the event. * Leena takes a breath. "Oak. Next part. I'm not happy with the pre-fight plan. We're on home-ground, and we have lots of eyes, and girls who could give us a big advantage." We should talk to Oldman about not letting random men onto campus that day for any reason. Like maintenance or something. * Minami tunes out for a few, narrowing her eyes thoughtfully at each girl in turn. We don't want to risk any of them, but out prime concern is making sure you don't get capped. If you know any shielders, or someone who could help or protect us until the Ningyo's gone and not risk herself... * Lord_Darkmoon nods at Taki's statement. "He can claim it's to prevent undercover reporters from pulling fast ones." We're not asking for an army, just making sure you and me have some protection until you're safe back in the school. ... Do you need more than one person protected? ...hm. Mm-hmm... ...we just don't have that sort of shielding abilities. ...Minami? Me and Oak, just me and her, are going out to take out the Ningyo, as fast as we can. * Minami looks up. "Huh?" Then Oak retreats, and us Hunters kick ass. You seemed to be thinking about something. I was just wondering what. Oh. Just going over what we have at our disposal. I'm sorry, he couldn't help both of you then. So once the Ningyo goes down, I need to keep moving, find cover, and not hang around. Check. I actually think that with the correct deployment, we can cover them ourselves. Wait, who couldn't help both of who, Haruko? ...? A.. friend of the Mystic Warriors. I probably shouldn't have brought him up. If he can help, I'd surely appreciate it... No, go on. Who is he, and how might he help? Um. You have to promise you won't be mean to him. * Leena blinks at Haruko for a moment, then turns back to Oak. "That's everything, I think. If we keep calm, and with a little bit of luck, we should be fine." ... As long as he's not mean to me... So... since you're the one who's life is in the sights, anything you'd like to add or suggest? * Taki focuses on her food for the time being. We're gonna do everything we can on our side. He's the Dragon Lord of the East. But he's not mean anymore. * Leena BLINKS. Go on... *gestures encouragingly at Haruko* * Minami looks at Haruko with a carefully neutral expression. Dani converted him, and now he helps out the Warriors from time to time. People tend to still be scared of or mean to him. ... I thought the Dragon Lord was a bad guy? He used to be. And the three others still are. I've never heard of him before, so why would I be scared? He did a lot of bad things in his past. And he's big and pretty fierce looking. What powers does he have? * Leena scratches her head. "Wasn't there a witch, too...? Ano..." Yeah, she got defeated years ago though. ... How could he help us? * Lord_Darkmoon eyes Taki, and pushes a little tray of fish and rice from his bento over at her. He lost of a lot of his powers when he rebelled against the Dragon King, but he still has his defensive abilities. He could shield one of you. Oh? Such as? Well, he's flexible, and really tough. He can make himself a wall, or completely shield someone. (from his bento, not from he bento) * Taki eyes the other food. Mmm, distracting food. * Minami scratches her chin. "I see." If he'd help, I wouldn't mind. * Leena snakes out an arm and grabs the excess food. She's hungry. ...that would be ideal, Haruko. He could keep Chiako here safe, making our job easier. ^_^ *intercepts Leena's hand with another tray from his bento. This one's got radishes cut like squid in it* Quite. Oooh! * Minami eyes the food-byplay. "Leena, why don't you order something for yourself?" I'm sure he'll be glad to help. * Leena accepts the diversion, snaking it back and starting on them. "Didn't I tell you?" *chomp* "I gave up ice cream." He wants to repent for his past evil ways. All right. How sure are we that this is going to happen tomorrow? * Lord_Darkmoon continues eating his now-diminished lunch. Doesn't mean you can't get *something* to eat at least, instead of taking others'. Mm. Fairly sure. * Minami nods. * Lord_Darkmoon nods around a full mouth, trying not to choke in reaction to Leena's proclamation of having given up ice cream. We get information passed down to us from several sources. And we're really really sure it's tomorrow. * Haruko remembers she was hungry, and gets out her own bento. * Leena takes another bite. Darkmoon, do you want some? Uh huh. *looks between Leena and Taki* ...problem? * Lord_Darkmoon eyes Haruko's proffered food a bit hungrily, but politely shakes his head. "Thank you, but I'm fine." * Leena notes the look. "Yup, my first reaction." ... it took a bit of getting used to, myself. Not really - just considering some possibilities. If I could get most of the other Ladies out of the building tomorrow, would that be good? * Leena grumbles to herself, "I was happier not knowing one of the sources." Go ahead, I shouldn't eat all of this anyway. ...could you? ... well, inside would be better, I think. Then they'd have cover. ...you're sure? *to Haruko* Yeah, sure. And have no chance of being a target. * Haruko smiles I don't think she means outside, Leena. ... unless there's a few you're worried about jumping in. Thanks. :9 *accepts some of the food* ...as in *not at school*, Leena. And I'm a Princess, aren't I? True. What would you use? ... that'd be great. * PrincessOak wiggles her fingers. ...er. So only the MG's then. I don't think any other ladies are in danger. But I supposed it would be better if they weren't around to be collateral damage. Well, duh, only the magical girls. I'm not worried about the rest. ... * Leena chomps. Chomp chomp. * Lord_Darkmoon eats in neat, polite bites. "You're a talented chef, Haruko. Thank you." Oh, it's good? Can I try some? Still, we'd want to avoid any possible collateral damage, and at least other Ladies can defend themselves and others. * Haruko blushes "You're kind to say so, it's really nothing special" Oh, sure Leena. * Leena looks at Haruko's bento. * PrincessOak shrugs. Is there a way we can, I don't know, fake an emergency school closing or something? At this school, everyone knows what to do when a Ningyo shows up. ...point. All right... * Minami nods briskly, though her expression is still troubled. "Thank you." And a full-school closing would eliminate any reason for me to be there. If we do anything too major then that might warn the assassins that we're onto them... * Leena finishes off the radishes real quick, then looks over at Haruko's food, gauging how much is left. * Lord_Darkmoon has finished the remains of both his own food and what Haruko offered. "No, this is very good. You've got good balance here." ... well, the aftermath is gonna be ugly, no matter how it turns out, for us. * Minami baps Leena's hand. "Don't get greedy." Yeah. * Leena doesn't have her hand out yet! Just her eyes. Is there anything specific I should be watching for? * Minami is just taking precautions. * Haruko eats a bit more of what's there, then offers the rest to Leena. "Go ahead, I'm done" Sea magic. Or guns. Well, besides the requisite "anything out of the ordinary"...anyone who pays particular attention to you, any more than usual. It's not always men who are the assassins, so anyone. And yes, definitely sea magic and/or guns. Because us Hunters are gonna be caught on film, and MG's will know us at least. And this whole private war is gonna get some coverage, especially so soon after Goggles in the paper... That would be a good reason to make the media be Not There tomorrow. * Leena gratefully accepts Haruko's generous offer, and chows down more. ^__^ Mmm, good. * Minami rolls her eyes at Leena's moochingness. Okay. The Dragon Lord at least really shouldn't be on TV He has people that aren't so understanding as you all looking for him still. * PrincessOak goes silent, and you can see that her hands are shaking slightly as she tries to pick up her sandwich. * Minami places a hand very fleetingly on Chiako's shoulder. "We know." * Leena lays a hand on Oaks, softly. "It's okay. We're going to do all we can." Yeah, you'll be okay. Just don't stick around, and you should be fine. This is cold-blooded stuff. A Ningyo, you know, it's a spur-of- the-moment thing. Just reacting to their surprise, and there's hardly any time to feel afraid. * Haruko looks at Chiako. I know exactly how you feel. This... I've never felt like this. * Lord_Darkmoon offers Chiako a sympathetic look. "It's okay to be afraid. You'll be fine; we will not let anything happen to you." It kind of sucks to say that you'll get used to it. * Leena closes her eyes, keeping the haunted look in them hidden behind eyelids. "... yeah." Fighting the Wicked Stepmother, the Dragon King, it was all so straight forward. Even when they corrupted innocents, it could be reversed. But these people willingly serving evil, and what we have to do to stop them... I know just how you feel. Chiako's not the one who's used to it. Nor will she have to... I envy her that. Those who willingly serve evil are evil. *takes a calming breath* Rest assured, Chiako, that we know what we're doing. And if you see any little animals around these next couple days, just remember that they're watching out for you. ^_^ You've got friends and protectors everywhere. * Minami looks at Chiako. "Not to pry, but can I ask what your attacks are?" Heh. I smash things with a big log, mostly. I'm not really strong, but I can heft plant materials of any size. ...hm. Good stuff. ...you know Sakura, of course. I can do a leaf screen, but not nearly on the scale she can. * Minami nods and smiles. "Yeah, I know how that is." ...that leaf screen could at least disrupt aim of snipers. I suggest making liberal use of it. And I can control plants. Usually that's not useful in a battle, but you never know... * Minami nods. * Lord_Darkmoon snickers. "I know the feeling." * Leena nods. "Yeah, you'll be plenty fine if you don't stick around." Are you just going to duck into the school straight afterwards? Should I? Depending on where the attack comes from. It's probably the best bet, since the Ningyo will come from either the pool or the fountain. Of course. I'll be around if you need up close protection. Well, we do want to get you out of sight, but I'm not sure that having you spend the entire time hidden away would be the smartest use of the resources available. At the same time, we can't endanger you...ergh. ...you know what we should get? A radio for her. So she can stay in contact with us during this. ... duh! ...you're right. * Leena smacks her forehead. You guys use radios? Oh, that's neat! I'll pick one up for her later. Just stay behind the Dragon Lord if it starts getting hairy. * Minami nods. And of course you know to put it on after you transform, not before. Also... Taki here knows the tactics of keeping someone safe in these situations; if she can give instruction to Chiako, it would improve her safety all the more. Do you have to actually see the plant in question to control it? No... but I have to know it's there. Ah. And any plant, correct? Any that I've tried... * Lord_Darkmoon leans forward, listening to see what Minami's getting at. ...excellent. Haruko, how strong exactly are the Dragon Lord's shielding abilities? Well, bullets don't do anything to him... The Mystic Warriors attacks were hurting him a bit though. How far can his protection extend? Can it cover all directions? It's just him that's tough, but like I said, he's *really* flexible. He could completely encircle a person. Covering head and shoulders as well? or serve as a wall. Covering everything. Although. I suppose it wouldn't be possible for the person inside to see or anything. ...sounds like the person can't fight while he's doing that. It's possible, but its not the easiest. Well, we'll see what we need. At least if you wanted total protection. * Leena slides the empty bento back to Haruko. Okay. We may be able to use that for our post-Ningyo plan, then. Although Darkmoon's point is valid. How big is this... dragon thing? He's smaller now than he was before. About the size of a compact car. Pre-Ningyo is what I'm unhappy with. This is home turf, there's gotta be some edge we can use. * PrincessOak grimaces. If Taki can take off the rest of today and help me scout out the area for sniping positions, it would help in my watching. Pre-Ningyo? Oh, you mean while you all are fighting. The pre-Ningyo plan. It may be home turf, but I don't see that as an advantage. I can do that. It means that the enemy is strong enough to bring the fight to us. ...doesn't it? We really need to make sure that no one else comes out. * Minami nods at Oak. "Enemy at our gates, right?" If they know that that's our school, it'll be a bigger target. We've been there before, so that'll be the same. I think that the most they would know now is that at least one Lady goes to Tak Mem Hopefully that's al they know. In a war like this one, bringing the fight to the enemy's home turf means less than in a traditional one. We cannot strike any more openly here than elsewhere, and they are no more restricted than otherwise. One would hope. * Leena nods slowly, and sighs. ...I hate to suggest this, but if you can actually delay your arrival on the scene to make it seem like you had to come from somewhere off- site... No cameras also unfortunately means less reason for them to be discreet. I don't think that'd help, Rin. Perhaps not. ...what, so the Ningyo could wreck the school? Speed on our part gives them less time to react and prepare. No, so they would have less reason to assume you went there. But as Taki said, that's probably not worth the effort, as it's less than likely to succeed. Exactly. We want fast. *she snaps her fingers* They'll be there already, but if the Ningyo's down before they can blink, Oak can be away before they can blink. That makes sense to me. Which brings up the post-Ningyo plan. We kick their asses. * Minami gives Leena a Look. How to catch them even if they don't come out. We do not want them surviving, if possible. Though, they'll probably come out regardless. The assassins are typically pretty gung-ho. * Leena blinks at Minami. "What?" I think that while Leena and Chiako are engaged with the Ningyo, the rest of us should spread out. Gotta have a method for that too, Leena. Yes, we spread out and find them before they come after Oak. And...if the Dragon Lord's protection is that effective... * Leena looks solidly at Minami. "... I'm not gonna ask Chiako to fight. She doesn't need that." I'll have my birds in the air when it happens; that should make it easier to find any snipers. Getting animals on campus would be tricky, though, so I'm going to have to hope that I can detect anyone who tries to sneak on-campus with weapons -before- all hell breaks loose. Mm. She doesn't, but--well, we'll see. * PrincessOak spoons out the last of her sundae. * Leena turns to Oak. "... our charge is keeping you safe. I'd rather you not fight even if you were so inclined to do so." * Taki packs up her finished bento. Even if you feel you'd safely be able to fight. * Minami snorts quietly to herself. If someone points a gun at me, I'll give him a faceful of tree. But... I won't go looking. * Lord_Darkmoon smiles. "Perfect." * Leena nods. "Good." Good. Just remember we have your back. Norcliff can go on campus just fine. and he's inconspicuous. Not to mention cute. But not as cute as me. o/~ Norcliff is just one. He can't be everywhere. I'm hoping the rodentia I've recruited will stick to their searching and not get caught, but...they can't communicate quickly. But if he can act as liason with the normal animals and you guys, that'd be great. * Taki does not add how she thinks Norcliff is freaky. Well... then I guess we'll just have to see what happens. Yeah. * Minami nods. * Minami gets that faraway tactical look in her eyes again, and starts absent- mindedly drawing figures on the table with a finger. * PrincessOak stands, and bows politely. Thank you for your help. * Leena nods politely. "Thank you for not being difficult about coming." Thank you for not freaking out or anything. ^^; Please, if you need to talk or anything, let us know. * Lord_Darkmoon rises as well, likewise bowing. "Our pleasure, Miss Chiako." * Minami blinks and looks up, then stands up as well. "Thanks for your help." * Taki stands as well. * Leena doesn't bow, because if she bowed she'd be shorter than the chairs. It's a short walk back to the school, and the afternoon goes just as slowly as the morning did. * Taki helps Darkmoon with his scouting like he asked. * Lord_Darkmoon thanks her, and gives special instructions to some of the animals near the sniping areas. He assigns Aka and Tsubasa to message-running duty, such as animals can manage, between those sites. The scouting doesn't reveal anything... not really. It does seem like there might be more people hanging around than what one would expect. After school, the team ends up gathering outside the gates once more... * Leena looks tired. And worried. And bored. She waits, leaning against the walls next to the gate silently. * Lord_Darkmoon looks a bit drained, and rubs his forehead briefly. But straightens and smiles when he gets to the others. "Nothing so far today, but hopefully we'll find anyone getting into position as they try to do so, tomorrow." * Taki arrives out of uniform with Darkmoon. * Minami looks tensish as she walks out. * Leena is still in uniform! This time, it's Rinada's phone that rings. * Lord_Darkmoon starts, and fumbles it out of his jacket pocket. "Hello?" * Leena looks up at the ring. Oh, hi Sakura. What do you need? * Taki looks around at nothing in particular before perking up at the mention of Sakura. Good news? Oh! That's great! Can we be there? * Minami raises an eyebrow. That's wonderful news. *covers the mouthpiece of the phone* They're going to try to wake Anzu tonight. ...ah. * Leena oohs. "Good news!" We probably all shouldn't be there... Ninety minutes? Yeah, we'll be right over. Anything else, or can we get going? --you're at the hospital now, right? Right, we'll be right there. Bye, and thanks for telling us. Right! Will do. * Lord_Darkmoon hangs up. So, to the hospital? Okay, we need to make sure Princess Oak gets him okay, then we can head over to the hospital. Alright. I was going to say we should leave someone with her. ...I suppose I can escort her, if the rest of you want to get going. But more protectors is generally better. I can do it. I can-- * Minami shrugs. I'll go with. We can pick up the headsets on the way. * Leena thinks. "Actually, I'll just give her my pair and pick up another." * Taki looks around for Oak leaving the school. Both ways, I'd think. Office is en route to the station. You're sure, Leena? You may want to go right over there; wouldn't want to miss Anzu's awakening. The princess is half a block down the street already and making good time. She looks quite serious. ... I don't think I could take it if she doesn't wake up. I need to clear my head before I see her. Oh there she is. I'll catch up to her. Anyway, let's catch Oak. Taki, you and I can escort her...Leena, you can come if you like, or go with the others. *walks off quickly after Taki* * Taki makes her way towards the Princess. * Leena blinks at Taki, then blinks at Oak, then jets to catch up with Oak! * Minami heads off. Chiako! Hey! And so the group splits up, though not for very long. It turns out that Chiako lives only half a kilometer away, in a rather swank penthouse apartment. * Leena passes the headsets off to Chiako, telling her the basics of how they work, and reminding her that a transformation will eat those, too. She doesn't have much to say before she goes inside, but she is polite as she accepts the gear. * Taki offers herself again to talk if she's worried about anything. * Lord_Darkmoon politely parts with her, and then turns to Leena and Taki. "Let's go; we wouldn't want to miss it." * Leena nods. "Yeah, let's go." [end session]
