Powers:
She's the Queen, and gets to boss everyone else around. Other
than that, unknown. Everyone who does know appears to be in awe of
her power. Lady Granite mentioned that the Queen could easily "obliterate"
her.
Status:
It's good to be queen. Mostly she stays put in her mansion/palace
on the far side of Tokyo Bay, where her Princesses and servants cater to
her every whim and she feels like an actual Queen.

Princess Sakura / Sakura Tayami
Powers:
Can generate and dismiss a huge, vision-obstructing cloud of cherry
blossoms at will. Packs a pistol - a mundane one, though she is frighteningly
good with it. After becoming a Princess she gained another attack
- this one seems to be a superdense mass of blossoms that is shout from
her pistol. The gravity shear can rip apart, even eat up anything
she aims it at.
Status:
After her spontaneous promotion, the Queen has given Sakura a larger
role in the hierarchy, essentially as the head of her intel and security
services. The Hunters team is the premier tool at her disposal, but
there may be others as well. In this new role, she seems to work
with Princess Squeegee a lot.

Powers:
Moved really, really, really fast.
Status:
Lady Sakura's previous partner. Apparently did not survive the
experience. This was confirmed by Princess Purity in session 5.

Powers:
Reportedly has huge aquatelekenetic abilities - able to push any amount
of water anywhere she wants to.
Status:
Is one of the original magical girls, and part of the Queen's inner
circle. She plays chief toady quite well, but is known as well for
a frighteningly powerful intellect. Absolutely the wrong person to
cross. Seems to handle a lot of the Queen's business and the hierarchy's
organizational stuff, particularly as pertains to budgeting and income.

Seemingly indestructible, though she says that she can be drowned and
that the very most powerful Princesses and the Queen would be able to kill
her.
Status:
A relatively cheerful and pleasant Lady to be around. Appears
to owe Lady Sakura a favor.

Powers:
Presumably pretty nasty stuff, as she's a princess. Her tiara
glows, and then...
Status:
Seems to be from around Warabi. Definitely doesn't like Lord
Darkmoon, and will not let any opportunity to tweak him pass. He,
too, appears to have a grudge against her. Egotistical, supremely
confident, likes playing to the media.

Powers:
A personal shield and energy attack, both very strong, both with extreme
magic-cancelling components.
Status:
Purity's real name is Athena. She attends Takeuchi Memorial,
and is nominally the head of the "Tea Club" there, a Ladies-only clique.
She isn't the nicest person - she will go out of her way to tweak Lady
Mallet / Leena Leena, or anyone else she takes a dislike to. Apparently
rich. She is the youngest member of the so-called "inner circle"
of Princesses.

Powers:
Unknown, but his transformation changes him from a 17-year-old youth
to a 45-year-old man.
Status:
Currently the principal of Takeuchi Memorial High School (in his transformed
state, of course). May be just a little bit of a lech. Seems
to have a thing for Lady Mysteria.

Lady Neko / Aiko Oyoshi
Powers:
Magical claws. Cat-like senses and reflexes. Did I mention
she's cute?
Status:
Operates in a team with two friends, Lady Positron and Lady Wasabi.
Very perky and energetic, mostly fearless. The magical girl's Magical
Girl.

Lady Positron / Yoko Iwahara
Powers:
It looks like antimatter, it smells like antimatter... Princess-level
offensive capabilities.
Status:
Operates in a team with two friends, Lady Neko and Lady Wasabi.
Not pretty at all, and it is said that this accounts for her lack of promotion
to Princess rank despite her impressive power level. Has issues with
upper-level high school maths.

Powers:
Wasabi Blast! It sounds silly, but can cause some serious hurting.
Status:
Operates in a team with two friends, Lady Positron and Lady Neko.
Has a part-time apprenticeship at a local upscale sushi bar, where her
creations are almost indistinguishable from the master chef's.

Powers:
We haven't seen her powers as such, but they involve much fiery death.
Has a high level of immunity to heat and flame.
Status:
The classical stuck-up little Princess. She operates around Tama,
a burb on the northwestern edge of the Tokyo sprawl. Recently was
saved from an assassination attempt by Sakura and Nike, at the cost of
Nike's life.

Lady Royal / Minami Terazaki
Powers:
Can generate cards and release them either in a flurry or in a group
of at most five. The flurry attack has little damage, the individual/small
group does better, but not by too much. ...then again, she's never
tried them on a human being until now.
Status:
Assigned to Lady Sakura's "Hunter" team.

Lady Shrike
Powers:
Summons birds and has a reasonable amount of control over them.
Can also "possess" birds, becoming able to see through their eyes and do
things through their bodies. Has a magical pet, a shrike named Justice,
which she can command to perform strong wind attacks.
Status:
Was Lady Royal's mentor. At a high enough rank/age to be able
to operate on her own, but it's unknown what she's actually doing right
now.

Powers:
Localized weather control. Pretty damn potent stuff, but what
took her to Princess was her popularity skills.
Status:
Did some mentoring before being promoted to Princess. Now off
doing who knows what.

Lord Superfluous
Powers:
Multiple talents - flight, illusion, telepathy, a fiery blast - all
at nearly Princess-like levels.
Status:
Quite dead after leading his team of girls into a Ningyo ambush a few
months ago. The world was mostly glad to be rid of him - while he
was powerful, he was universally regarded as a jerk. Notably, he
is almost identical in appearance to Lord Chimera, save that Chimera seems
to be a couple of years younger.

So far, the only power we've seen is the ability to to create a glowing
airborne bubble that can carry several people.
Status:
Attends Takeuchi Memorial. Bubble is not one of those girls who
enjoys being a Lady - she's seen what Ningyo do to the weak and foolish,
and it has scared and scarred her. She is greatly suspicious of Lady
Heat, simply because she likes swimming.

Drops a rain of goban on the targets head. This can hurt, or
at least be extremely distracting.

She boils things. Though limited to water that she can see, she
is in fact quite deadly. She hasn't quite worked out the concept

Live with her parents out northwest of Tokyo. Is the Queen of
the Earth's cousin, who somehow girted the little girl (eight then, twelve
now) with her powers. Has a very large Pet dog, who she seems to
be able to communicate with telepathically. Starting to make friends
with the Hunters team, though she's also had some very disturbing dreams
about three of them...

Was recently raped by someone who appeared to be a Lord, then the target
of an assassination attempt. As a result, she has become very paranoid.

Gothic! In the ancient warrior sense of the word, at least.
She has magical throwing axes and a shining golden sword.
Status:
Operates in and around Yokohama with her friend and partner, Lady Deer.
Fought through the recent assassination attempt with her friend.
She is very protective of her partner, and frighteningly aggressive in
combat.

Powers:
Is able to manifest and control pies of all sorts and some pie accessories.
Has been seen tossing a nitroglycerine pie, as well as toxic pies of many
other varieties.
Status:
Was in charge of the area surrounding Soka, but also created a secret
group of Ladies who through careful screening and brainwashing answered
only to her. This came to light through the investigation of Lady
Handcuff and Lady Spoon, and Princess Pie's team ended up in a battle with
the Hunters team. Princess Sakura killed Princess Pie, ending the
hostilities.

Lady Handcuff / Anzu Akahara
Powers:
Part of her transformed costume is a pair of manacles with a 40-50
cm chain connecting them. She has two known powers involving this
artifact - she can cut *anything* with the chain, or in some circumstances
she can make duplicate manacles appear on a victim, which proceed to tighten
until said victim's hands pop off. Ouch.
Status:
A new Lady - has not been formally introduced into the hierarchy.
She lives in Soka, and operates in that area. Was a part of Princess
Pie's renegade group before the Hunters team broke that up. Now she
operates as a normal Lady, though Princess Sakura has drafted the girl
as her secretary and adjutant.

Powers:
Has a spoon slightly shorter than she is - can scoop up nearly anything
with it, and has the muscle to catapult whatever she scoops with force
and precision.
Status:
Was killed by a sniper in session 14.

Lady Hardhat
Powers:
Almost-inpenetrable hardhat that can grow to become a full-body turtle
shield, be used as a hand-held shield, or simply used to magically thwap
some poor victim with.
Status:
Hardhat was part of Princess Pie's secret/renegade group, and in their
showdown with our heroes was Malleted into a coma. Instead of being
rounded up with her teammates, she was left behind for the paramedics to
find. ...when she woke up, she transformed and escaped from the hospital.
Still on the lam, she has been seen staking out / following / stalking
other Ladies in Pie's old territory.

Lady Amplifier
Powers:
Some nasty sonic attacks. She can knock you around with a bass
overpressure wave, or shake you up with harmonics, or just plain blast
through most rigid construction materials with a wall of sound.
Status:
Formerly part of Princess Pie's secret/renegade group, Amplifier was
rescued/captured by the team and brought before the Queen for some de/reprogramming.
Apparently is out living a normal life (for a Lady, anyway) in Pie's old
territory.

Lady Octane - Megumi Horiuchi
Powers:
Lady Octane has a rather standard napalmish attack, but at a very high
level. She also seems to run quite fast.
Status:
Megumi Horiuchi: advanced automotive engineering student, up-and-coming
semi-pro motorcycle racer, occasional magical girl. Lady Octane was
from an early wave of Ladies, and reportedly was offered Princess status...
and turned it down so she could persue her other passions. Doesn't
do as much adventuring these days, but races as a Lady at the Queen's insistence.

Powers:
Can magically create and throw tires of most any sort. When he
gets together with Lady Octane, they do this marvelous flaming-tire thing.
Status:
Lord Traction is Lady Octane's bike engineer, team manager, Ningyo-slaying
partner, and probable love interest.

Powers:
Unknown, but surely woody.
Status:
A princess attending Takeuichi Memorial. She seems to be acting
as a peacekeeper between Athena (Princess Purity) and Leena and the rest
of the Hunters team. She hasn't given her real name, but has mentioned
she has authority over many of the outlying areas of Tokyo.

Powers:
Probably something to do with eyeware. Inferring from fragmentary
observations, it likely is a ranged power of some sort.
Status:
Part of a team that hangs out a lot at the Warabi mall. She seems
to be the junior member, and is very tentative in her interactions with
other Ladies. Attends Takeuchi Memorial, where she seems to be a
designated gofer in the Tea Club. She was grievously injured in a
recent ambush, and was missing from the rubble of the mall afterwards.

Unknown, but she carries a bigass scythe as a Lady, and her initial
battle strategy appears to be to close to melee range.
Status:
Leader of the team that hangs out a lot at the Warabi mall. A

Princess Majestic Tiara. Attends a local Warabi high school with
two other teammates.

Can project roman candle-like blasts and entangling waves of rainbow-colored

leader after Sakura's 'promotion'.

Powers:
Can take over animals, sensing through their senses and using their
bodies. Only one at a time, though. Seems to have some connection
to the magical Pets, though he doesn't have one, himself. Has a horrific
Beast form, known to go out of control. Doesn't use it much.

Seems to be on the outs with the hierarchy, and is currently assigned
to the Hunters. Has a particular and mutual distaste for Princess Majestic
