<Brett> [The elevator goes up!]
<Brett> [And up!]
<Brett> [And ... up!]
* Mei-Yin scowls and backs up against the wall.
<Brett> [It finally stops with a ping!]
<Brett> [There's a not-too-long hallway with a guardroom on the right (two guards inside). At the end of the hallway is a set of thick double doors.]
* Mei-Yin scowls and hits the bottom button instead.
<Brett> [Oh, and a camera at the end, too.]
<Brett> [The elevator takes even longer to go down.]
<Brett> [When it reaches bottom, it opens in a short hallway with a guardroom on the right.  The hallway ends in a T a bit after that, with a camera in the middle of the T.]
<Brett> [The guards make some noises when they see the elevator arrive.]
* Mei-Yin hurriedly hits the level 2 button.
<Brett> ( By guard room, I mean a room with a window :P )
<Mei-Yin> ( the 'middle' button. )
<Brett> ( K. Back in there. )
* Mei-Yin sneaks forward and takes the left fork.
<Brett> [The left fork leads to one of those crosses between checkpoints and lounges.  There's three guards there.  Two are babbling about a baseball game, another's leaning in the chair reading a book.]
<Brett> [There's a computer on the desk that the guy in the chair has his feet on.]
* Mei-Yin sneaks back to the others.
* Brett is surprised they haven't smacked this guy yet :P
<Brett> [The scientist-guy looks up. "What was it?"[
<Brett> [The guard shrugs. "Dunno. Maybe it's broke again."]
<Brett> [The scientist "Um."s and continues looking at the sword.]
* Mei-Yin shadows the guard and waits for the others to come bursting in, at which time she will take the guard captive, as she has been.
<Brett> [The guard pokes at various stuff. "These things... Some of them are really wierd."]
<Mei-Yin> ( In here again? )
<Brett> ( Nah )
<Brett> ( Ok, back in here. )
<Mei-Yin> ( Okay. )
<Brett> [The elevator opens into a hallway, revealing a guard room on the left.  The hallway turns left passed this room. There's a camera in the corner.  There's only one guard in the room, and he seems to be asleep.]
* Mei-Yin lets the elevator close and goes back up for the others.
<Brett> ( Want me to just speed through this? )
<Brett> ( As in, I tell you what you find and leave it at that :P )
<Mei-Yin> ( Yeah. )
<Mei-Yin> ( That works for me. I'd probably misunderstand, my sinuses are so bad. )
<Brett> [Ok... In either room at the cross intersection are big, big labs with several... things... behind glass cages. Doctors are observing them.
<Brett> ]
<Brett> [No sign of Shig. Gonna check the far hall?]
<Mei-Yin> Yeah.
<Brett> [Ok, the turn leads to a small room with glass windows, where three scientists stand.  Through the windows, you can see more of the things in what looks like a training room.]
<Brett> [Again, no sign of Shig.]
<Brett> ( and that's it for this floor, so you can leave now ^^ )
<Brett> You've got the log for in here, right?
