* SpiritRei zooms! To the offices of Kanghua! (Doom.)
<Brett> [You arrive at the building.  It's just like it was this afternoon; I'm 
not gonna redescribe it.]
* SpiritRei zips in, not caring for petty things such as doors and windows and 
walls. She heads for the R&D department.
<Brett> [It's there! There's low lights on; nobody's inside.  There is a guard 
partolling outside, though, but he doesn't see you. He also doesn't seem to be a 
freaky monster guard, either.]
* SpiritRei waves cheerily at the guard, not that he can see her. She heads in.
<Brett> [The office contains a desk (with a computer), a chair, a filing cabnet, 
and a bookshelf.]
* SpiritRei glances around for cameras and the sort.
<Brett> [One camera, over the door, aimed at the back of the room]
<SpiritRei> (Is the computer in view of it?)
<Brett> [Yep]
* SpiritRei eyes the camera. Stupid camera. She looks for that office.
<Brett> [You're in it.]
<SpiritRei> (Oh!  Fascinating. ^^)
* SpiritRei has a look at the bookshelf! Anything interesting?
<Brett> ( mind - writing (technical) )
<Brett> [Most of the books are pretty boring junk on science and experiments and 
such, except the fifth from the left on the fourth row, entitled "Kirby's Great 
Nuclear Disaster Threat", volum 6 of a popular series of books.]
* SpiritRei tilts her head at that. She pokes her head through the books, and 
looks to the side of the shelf and the floor, for any evidence of it... well, 
moving.
<SpiritRei> (Having the potential to move, even.  Outside of being pushed.)
<Brett> ( Awareness check! )
<Brett> [Rei notices horizontal scrapings; the shelf must move <- that way]
* SpiritRei grins. Victory. She glances up at the camera and ponders, then zips 
up and fiddles with it a bit with the intent of shutting it down and making it 
look like a glitch; they can fix it easily enough once they notice.
<Brett> ( electronics (Security), +2 )
<Brett> [It now sends a picture of a fiddle to the security room.]
<Brett> [Just kidding!  But it's fiddled with.]
<SpiritRei> (Fiddle!  Can I do that next time?)
* SpiritRei looks through the filing cabinet! Quickly, but anything interesting?
<Brett> [Nope! Normal experiment junk]
* SpiritRei starts playing with the computer, then, which is the really fun 
stuff. She keeps an ear out for anyone approaching or entering.
<Brett> [The computer turns on! It asks for a password.]
* SpiritRei tries to hack it.
<Brett> ( Hacking, +2 )
<Brett> [You hack into the computer! .... Not much there, though, except the 
last one to use it was Mai Shu.]
* SpiritRei giggles and starts humming a random song - probably the Kirby Disco 
Mix - as she looks through whatever files they keep there.
<Brett> [It seems to be pretty basic stuff. Nothing special.]
* SpiritRei checks Mai Shu's e-mail too, if possible. Always good for a laugh.
<Brett> [Only one message: "Xu Huang's Ax"]
* SpiritRei opens it.
<Brett> [The message says: "Xu Ren has betrayed us, and therefore Xu Huang's Ax 
will not be given to him.  I shall take the ax and use it personally." - Mai Shu 
to Dimitri Romanov.]
* SpiritRei tilts her head.
* SpiritRei looks up Dimitri's e-mail address.

* SpiritRei laughs. ~Oh, man. You're gonna have some fun now, Dimitri-chan.~ She 
memorizes the addy and looks through the computer one more time for interesting 
stuff, then logs out and shuts it down.
<Brett> [Rei finds a dancing Kirby screen saver.  Nothing else.]
* SpiritRei gives the Kirby a thumbs up and a wink, then vanishes.
