* Heinrick walks to the office and keeps the door open. He walks inside and goes straight towards his desk. * Keiko follows right after, silently, plush and all. Once inside, she says, "Door?" * Heinrick nods and folds his hands in front of him, elbows on the desk. * Keiko closes the door behind her, brings her right hand up to touch her collar a moment, and then steps towards the desk and stands, waiting. Her arms wrap around the plush, holding it to her chest. Sit. * Keiko has a seat, smoothing out her dress over her legs for a second before looking to him. After a moment she says, slightly defensively, "Hotaru really didn't care about the sandwich. I wasn't lying." About you having it or about you dropping it on Ten's head? * Keiko replies, "The first." Beat. "Clearly." She exhales slightly and closes her eyes. * Heinrick closes his eyes slightly. "Yes. Clearly. And yet you proceeded to do it anyway. Even though it was clear to you." * Keiko replies flatly, "Many things are clear to me. Other things really aren't." Beat, then she reopens her eyes. "Ten is posessive. Of a sandwich she doesn't need or want or anything. Tell me that doesn't mean anything, huh?" She then closes her eyes again. You are not here to pass meaning on your other team members. You are here to train. If there are any issues that arise, we will discuss it. As *Guardians*. Is that understood? * Keiko replies, "So I'm just supposed to ignore it all?" * Keiko reopens her eyes and glares at him. "Or just let you sit on it?" * Heinrick opens his eyes. "I did not say that. But I do not believe "dumping a sandwich on your teammate" constitutes a proper reaction." * Keiko looks aside. "Ten is not my teammate." * Heinrick leans back and sighs. "Ms. Tavares is in charge of talking to Ten about her behavior. I am in charge of yours. Honestly, I do not mind the sandwich. But you are failing to take responsibility for it afterwards. And that bothers me." * Keiko blinks and looks back to him. "... what, someone else did it? It was all me." A small chuckle. "Didn't think that was a question." * Heinrick leans back. "And the final comment you made?" Did you think I was *kidding*? * Keiko replies, flatly, "I can't tell." Beat, then, "I can't imagine it helping much." Possibly not. * Heinrick leans forward. "You seem to be getting along with Luana well, though." * Keiko puts a hand to her chest and says, "Or Zarina. Luana isn't... Luana isn't Ten. And Ten isn't Hotaru." A faint smile. "There are a lot of differences in them all. You and the other woman, though..." she trails off. (Possibly evil stuff involving berating Keiko tag-team style!) * Heinrick tilts his head. "Other woman?" * Keiko rolls her eyes back in her head a second. "Miss... Tavares." They look back to Heinrick. "You are both voids. Different... but voids." I see. This bothers you? * Keiko replies, "Everything is easier when I can do what I need to." She puts both her hands on the duck and looks away slightly. "That'll never happen." I'm certain we all feel that way. * Heinrick sighs. "So your problem is not with Hotaru. It is with Ten." * Keiko waves a hand in the air. "Her problem's with me. So my problem's with her." * Roseli can be heard fiddling with the lock on her door. ( You guys just finish up whenever. I'm out ) (Night Brett.) * Brett has quit IRC (Quit: ) * Keiko is silent a moment, then adds, "I'm not doing anything to her mind. At all. She's just... she..." she trails off. * Heinrick stands up for a second and walks over to the door. "Excuse me one moment." * Keiko nods and says idly, "Can't say no." She runs her finger along her collar again. * Heinrick peeks out the door and opens it a little, glancing at Roseli. "Ms. Tavares. May I see you a moment?" * Roseli *just* got her door unlocked and is in the process of opening it, when she looks up at Heinrick. Seeing me now. What is it? Just a quick request. Please, come in. Sure. * Roseli closes her door and heads on into Heinrick's den of evil. * Keiko is still sitting there, her finger running around the silver collar on her neck. * Heinrick walks around the desk. "I was thinking. Our wards really do need to work together better. Do you have any suggestions?" * Roseli folds her arms and eyes Keiko. "Lessons in manners?" * Keiko looks between the two of the voids a moment before tightening her fingers on the collar and duck both. Yes. In German. Do you think Hotaru or Ten would benefit from learning that as well?" Yes. It's the next thing she has to learn. * Heinrick nods and looks at Keiko. "An half-hour a day to start, then. If I hear of any more incidents, it increases. Do you understand, Keiko?" * Keiko frowns a little and says, a bit defensively, "We already worked on some German earlier anyway." She sighs slightly. "I understand. It's not hard." She looks to Roseli and adds, quickly, "It'd be easier to DO if Ten wasn't just... so posessive." * Heinrick then looks at Roseli. "Does that sound reasonable?" It would be easier to do if you could listen to requests. If your teammate wants you out of their head and they are *not* threatening the team or you, then you do it. Ten might be possessive, but you aren't helping by being rude. * Keiko runs her tongue over her lips, then murmurs, "It's not that simple." * Heinrick glances at Keiko. "Dismissed." Some of us can't read minds, Keiko. You should learn how to deal with that if you're ever forced not to. (Swap those two.) (Yes.) * Roseli then looks at Heinrick. "Half an hour a day works." (Swap those three then.) (Heinricks after the half an hour thing by Roseli.) * Keiko shudders, then stands up and walks out, very quickly, arms wrapped around the duck. * Heinrick waits until she's a while down the hall and then lets out an breath, walking to his desk. "Children. Honestly." * Roseli shrugs. "It's what they do." * Heinrick nods. "I realize that. That is why we're here." He folds his hands. "So tell me honestly. What *is* your take on Ten/Hotaru?" Delusional. * Heinrick smirks slightly. "Indeed. But it can't be helped. Keiko thinks so as well. But they will still have to get along." They do. I think Hotaru makes Ten. No way to be sure. Her job to break it, if she ever wants. Until then, we work with it. * Heinrick nods. "I'll keep you updated on any progress. We need to get Dr. Kerner in on this as well. Although Luana seems unexpectedly docile." Nice change of pace. It is, isn't it? I do like your idea of the picnic though. We shall have to arrange that soon. Oh, probably without much mayo on the sandwiches. * Roseli chuckles. "We'll see." Need to convince Gottlieb. It'll be fun. I'm sure he won't mind. Unless his teeth start bothering him again. * Roseli snorts. "Just make sure the weather is 'tolerable'." That too. I wonder if he has an old injury that acts up with the weather. * Roseli pulls out a packet of gum and removes a piece, offering some to Heinrick. Don't think so. * Heinrick takes the offered gum. "I'm not keeping you from anything, am I?" * Roseli shakes her head, tucking her pack away and unwrapping her own piece of gum. "Not much. Lesson with Hotaru at three." (Her player, however, will need to sleep at some point.) * Heinrick nods. "I was thinking that we would do some prediction training later. Now I'm not so certain." Oh? * Roseli pops her gum into her mouth. * Heinrick nods. "Was thinking if she is going to be reading minds anyways, it might be useful in attempting to predict her opponent's next move. But it would involve me opening up to her." He shrugs. "I'm not sure if she's ready for that." * Roseli chews for a moment, then says, "Up to you. She'll have to deal with as bad on the field. Or worse." * Heinrick looks vaguely amused. "It bothers her. You as well." 'Course. Used to seeing what she wants. It's a crutch. * Heinrick nods and shuffles some papers. "Agreed. But I won't keep you any longer. Let me know if there are any more incidents, though." I will. * Roseli waves and wanders out, back to her own office. * Heinrick starts typing away at his computer! [End!]
