<Brett> ["Nothing major, but I wanted you to know that he's had 
  encounters with supernaturals before."]
<Brett> ["He was in the unit that quarenteened the area and put 
  down the zombies."]
<Brett> ["If he's met zombies, it's safe to assume that he 
  wouldn't be surprised by other supernaturals.  Just keep that
