[Some time later, Heinrick and Togo meet in the Holoroom control center for some hawt yaoi luvvin-... er, they just meet.] * Togo has his braille scanner hooked up to the training computer, and is typing in (slowly) the parameters. * Heinrick happens by the holoroom and catches Togo out of the corner of his eye. He then steps inside. "Ah. Togo. Are you busy, perhaps?" Not really. Just finishing setting up this training scenerio. Luana's been doing better in her target practice, but in actual combat she reverted back to her bad habits. So I'm gonna train her to be more accurate under pressure. * Heinrick nods. "A valiant gesture. I wished to speak with you if you had a moment." Fire away. * Heinrick chuckles slightly and adjusts his glasses. "No. I'm afraid that is your job." He looks up at Togo. "What is your true opinion of Daniel Hobb's actions?" (If I got the name right.) He's a goddamn moron. Pushing someone out of harm's way is great, but not when you're doing it to impress the ladies. Or girls, in this case. Plus, he'd been specifically warned to keep away from the girls by Adela, the girls, and by myself. * Heinrick nods briefly. "And of a girl's reaction who shoots someone in reaction to a simple, if not stupid, heroic gesture?" Oh, Ten's got more issues than National Geographic. ( That's a lot! ) (Boy howdy!) (We should dig out the DSM and try to find things Ten doesn't suffer from XD) * Heinrick looks down and aside slightly for a second. "A rather pertinent way of putting it. All I am asking is for you to weigh those two actions and see how it would appear to someone in a higher command." (Pedophilia?) *** Signoff: Luana (Read error: Connection reset by peer) *** Luana (WD@24.152.198.19.res-cmts.eph.ptd.net) has joined channel #MC4 (That's one.) I see what you're getting at, but the fact that Ten was more wrong by a rather large margin doesn't make Hobbs' actions any more defensible. Especially since he's supposed to be a professional soldier, and Ten's... I have no goddamn idea what Ten is. * Heinrick sighs. "Goddess if you follow her definition. But defensible or not, we are in a rather tenuous position to defend it." * Togo nods. "I'm still new here, so I'll defer to you on the intra-agency politics. How do we go from here, then?" * Heinrick puts his fingers on his forehead. "I...am not certain. I will deal with Keiko. It is Miss Tavares who has her hands full. But we should also come to an understanding of what we expect from each of our wards if we ever hope to work as a team." He then looks up more seriously. "I trust that all three of us would be able to meet later in that regard?" Sure. Just lemme know when. ( Aside from next week, when I will not be here. =P ) * Heinrick nods. "I will send you a mail." He straightens up. "Unfortunately, you are correct. You are rather new here. I suppose it is our fault for not better introducing you to the procedures." (Translation: "Shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out doesn't work here. Especially when we have a ward claiming to be the one doing the sorting.") (Hey! I'm only the god of machines, sorting out human souls is some other deities job.) * Togo shrugs. "My fault for not learning them, too. Either way, we'll figure it out." I do so hope so. Otherwise, we will not be here to worry about it. Good day, Togo. I look forward to the results with Miss Hall soon. * Togo nods. "... oh, one thing. For future reference, if we need cover going into an enclosed space, we should probably use my flash grenades rather than your smoke. The smoke didn't work so well last time." Either is acceptable in my book. So long as it achieves the intended results. * Heinrick nods slightly, responding, "I'll leave you to tend to your work then" and heads out to finish his walk. * Togo nods, and works on finishing up the scenerio.
