[Yoshiko and Chess are herded eastward, where all the prisoners seem to be women.] [Start!] [And you both discover all the women are white.] * Chess plucks the waist of her ugly jumpsuit. "My dad would kill me if he saw me like this," she murmurs to Yoshiko. * Yoshiko nods and whispers back. "You and me both." [One of the guards mutters, "Quiet, no talking."] Sorry. [But it doesn't last long before one opens a cell. "Welcome to your new home."] * Yoshiko peers in the new cell. [It seems decent enough, as cells go. Slabs of rock for beds, but at least there's mattresses and blankets. A sink, a mirror, a toilet, even a desk and a chair, though both are nailed down.] * Chess walks in. "Um... thank you?" Nice, uh... place. Thanks? [They close the door as they walk off. "Dinner's in 20," one says before leaving. "I suggest you take the time to read the pamphlet."] Oookay. * Chess nods hesitantly. "Thank you." She looks around for a pamphlet and reads it. * Yoshiko takes the pamphlet and has a seat, reading it. ( I'll get to it in a minute, in main channel so everyone can see :P ) (Kay) Wait... Tourists? Attractions? What kind of prison IS this? Looks like the Nazis got bored with just gassing and starving people. We'll just try to avoid trouble and keep an eye out. * Yoshiko nods and whispers to Chess once the guards are a 'bit away. "Yuki made it in, she's staying low right now." * Chess nods and sits down on the bed. "That's good." I hope we get to leave soon. This is all... really creepy. Yeah. I'm... not liking this. They take things way too serious... So... if we've got people with superpowers and stuff, what's keeping them in here? * Yoshiko experimentally taps on the bars. [Yoshiko recieves an electric shock.] They're genetic modifications. It's not like magic, it only goes so far. Probably not too hard to protect against. * Chess stands up. "Hey, you okay?" * Yoshiko pulls her hand back. Yeouch! Yeah, I'm okay. Really? The way they treat it, you'd think these people were Youkai or something. [Suddenly there's a loud buzzing, then the cell door opens!] * Chess was about to sit down again, but jerks back up when the door opens. * Yoshiko is already standing. "This color is so... ugh, though. It doesn't match me at all." [People file past your cell, down the hallway where you came in.] * Yoshiko files out relaxedly with the peoples. Um, well... as far as I remember, and from what everyone's saying, I think it was all about trying to create the purest form of humanity, so it's kind of understandable that genemods would be regulated. * Chess sticks close to Yoshiko. Yeah, but if only rich people get them, does that mean they're not the purest form of humanity? [And before long you meet up with Logan and Josh.] Assuming they make you not-human?
