The Taki Wars:
An Anytime Game run by Jex, inspired by Taki, based off of The One, and played
by ONE PERSON.

If you're familiar with The One, a kung-fu movie, at all, then you can probably
guess how this will go, at least initially. It's only based on that, however.

And if you know 7 Lords at all, that's how advancement will likely go.

If you don't know either of them, too bad, I'm not telling. Ask someone else. =p

The really different thing about this game, though, is that it will be only ONE
PLAYER CHARACTER. So, it'll be the first Anytime Game to actually run anywhere
close to decently.

As a GM, this will be my first foray into a 1-PC game.
I'm leaving the application process at least symbolically open, just so anyone's
who's interested has a chance.

What I'm looking for as far as a character, is nothing that breaks the Mundanity
Limit. Ie; no teleportation or ESP or Shinyfists. At least at start.
I don't care if it's an original or an already established character.

As far as system, I'll be using dX, with the Multi-Genre skilltrack.
It will -start- as a d6 game. Expect the die size to go up as progress is made.
Starting CP isn't set at an exact number. I'm not looking for demi-gods at the
start, just 'normal' people. I'm not too familiar with the scale of power-to-CP
in dX, so I can't give a straight out number to use. So I'll just tell you 'too
strong' if they're too strong, or something else relevant.
(Maybe if I get enough apps, I'll get a better sense of scale to be
able to set a
number.)

'Here' can be most anywhere. I'd prefer somewhere in the US, but I'm not too strict about that- that's just what I know best. If you leave 'Here' blank, I'll fill in something.

The only thing different: The PC had a dream about dying, very real, very
tangible. They'd swear it was almost real... as real as the blood on their bed
they saw when they woke up.
