Powers: Moderate regenerative abilities, enhanced athleticism/reflexes, high pain tolerance; once Daegal has been knocked around some, the rest of his powers activate; these include enhanced strength (can lift 40 tons), speed, and jumping ability, significant resistance to physical injury, and even higher pain tolerance.

Appearance: Tallish and solidly built, though not overly cut. Looks mature for his age, especially in terms of muscle definition. Unruly curls of short black hair, piercing metallic blue eyes, somewhat tanned skin. Usually wears a white tank top, track pants and sneakers. Has a bullet wound-shaped scar on the right side of his forehead, an inch or two above the eye, and a similar scar on his right shoulder. Also has a large diagonal scar across his chest.

History: A true New Yawk street punk, born and raised on the mean streets of Red Hook, Brooklyn, Daegal took inspiration from his police officer father and, using his martial arts training, kicked the bullies and goons out of his school. Once his powers revealed themselves, however, he realized he could do far more than just clean up a school. So he entered that curiously overcrowded world of New York City street vigilantes, kicking the crap out of the Russian mob (and an occasional hired supervillian), and becoming a well known scourge on the criminal element of Brooklyn.
