It is common for psionicists, sorcerors, and many other metahuman characters. Teleporting is only possible if the character knows of the destination through either experience or another sense (such as sixth sense, heightened senses, or just plain normal senses). The game master may permit the character to travel to unknown destinations based solely on directional information (100 meters up, to the other side of the door, etc) for two extra character points. Teleporting into a solid object results in the character being moved to the nearest available empty space, taking 1 damage for every meter moved this way. Characters can normally take with them anything they could carry. Weather velocity, acceleration, and inertia are conserved when teleporting is dependent on the player when they first take this attribute. If it is at the discretion of the character on the time of teleportation, this attribute costs an extra flat 3 character points.
